Our goal every summer is to provide children with a program that is a balance of learning, play, quiet time, and recreation. We strongly believe that children need to have a respite from their busy school year schedules, to have time for intensive experiences in arts and languages, to have time and energy for new learning and creative process, and simply to have unfettered time to play or choose classes spontaneously as they present themselves. We have constructed a program to match many interests as well as spark new ones. Because we emphasize the arts in summer, we encourage your child to take advantage of these courses that are not normally available during the school year because of time restrictions and teacher availability. Above all, our hope is that your children thoroughly enjoy this wonderful season. All new AND returning students must complete a new registration each year. New registration: Existing registration: First name: Last name: Password: Summer sessions are held at the Willowbrook and Manzanita Campuses from June 22 - September 4, 2009. A healthy snack and hot nutritious lunch provided with each workshop. Registered workshops are featured in the morning, while electives, enrichment classes and swimming (Manzanita only) run in the afternoon. Four day-long field trips are now available for both Manzanita and Willowbrook summer students. Spaces are limited!
